Account Deletion:

  • You can delete your account directly from the Profile section within the app.
  • Account deletion is a soft delete, meaning your account will be deactivated and no longer accessible.
  • Certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or compliance purposes as required by law.
  • This deletion process complies with Google Play’ and App Store Users Data and Account Deletion policies.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information only in the following cases:

  • Delivery Partners: To fulfil and deliver your orders.

7. No Return or Refund Policy

Please note: Ocean Mart does not offer returns or refunds due to:

  • The perishable nature of seafood products.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method.
