End User License Agreement (EULA)

Charles Technologies Private Limited

Effective Date: 18 December 2025

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Charles Technologies Private Limited ("Company") governing your use of the Ocean Mart mobile application ("App").

License Grant

Ocean Mart grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App.
  • Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
  • Resell or distribute the App without prior written consent.

Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the App, including content, trademarks, and software, remain the property of Charles Technologies Private Limited.

Data Collection

By using the App, you consent to the collection of:

  • Device ID and geolocation for delivery services.
  • Personal details such as name, address, and contact information. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

Ordering & Payment

  • Orders placed through the App are subject to availability.
  • Payment is Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

No Return or Refund

Due to the perishable nature of seafood, returns and refunds are NOT allowed.

Termination

Ocean Mart reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App for violation of this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Ocean Mart is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
  • Allergic reactions or improper storage after delivery.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of Pondicherry courts.

Updates

We may update the App or this Agreement from time to time. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
